ABOUT QUEENSTOWN NATURAL HEALTH

Our Story
Queenstown Natural Health was founded in 2014 with a strong focus on personalised, natural and holistic health support and is the region's only dedicated natural health store. From the very beginning, the store has been driven by a passion for sharing high-quality natural health products from New Zealand and selected international suppliers.

In 2025, the business changed hands from the long-standing original owners, with the aim to honour the values and foundations already in place, while continuing to grow and evolve alongside the needs of the community.

We pride ourselves on carefully selecting, researching and standing behind every product we stock. You can find us in our humble store at Five Mile Retail Centre, Frankton, Queenstown, where we continue to support locals and visitors with trusted, natural health solutions.

  • Juliette
    Owner

My partner and I became the owners of Queenstown Natural Health in 2025, with the intention of continuing the beautiful store built by the original owners while guiding the business into its new chapter.

Originally from the UK, we've called Queenstown home since 2019. After discovering natural medicine a few years ago, I found my passion for holistic health and am now studying for a degree in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.

I aim to support students, new graduates and those with a growing interest in holistic health by creating opportunities to learn, gain experience and practice their passions. I love sharing what I'm learning with customers and believe some of the most valuable knowledge comes from listening to people's individual health journeys.

    Retail Consultant

Natural health and wellbeing is my passion. I love being able to support and offer guidance to anyone in need. I feel if we can address the body as a whole then we are better able to gain long term results.

I'm trained in a number of modalities including reflexology, energy healing, theta healing, micro unwinding and myofacial release as well as having a deep love and passion for herbs and supplements.

On my days off I'm making salves for healing, enjoying hikes, yoga and meditation, anything that gets me into nature or allows me to unwind.

    Retail Consultant
Originally from Ireland, I am a UK-registered Associate Nutritionist with a strong passion for supporting people to improve their health through nutrition. My interest in nutrition began following a type 1 diabetes diagnosis at the age of 11, which inspired me to explore the role of nutrients in supporting my own health and ultimately shaped my path into the field.

My ethos is grounded in the belief that nutrition education should bring clarity, not
confusion. Through an empathetic and person-centred approach, I aim to empower people to make informed choices and develop a way of eating that feels both purposeful and enjoyable for them.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether at the gym or exploring the outdoors, and also value a cosy evening at home, cooking a nourishing meal and unwinding with a good film.

I have always been deeply drawn to natural health and wellbeing. What I love about this field is its holistic approach. Understanding that everything is connected, and supporting the body with what nature provides.

To me, health is one of the most valuable things we have. It shapes how we feel, how we live, and how we show up in the world. I truly believe that even small, natural choices can make a meaningful difference over time.

Natural wellbeing, for me, is about coming back to balance. Taking care of ourselves in a way that feels aligned, gentle, and real. And what better way to care for ourselves than through nature itself?
